For your convenience, we are gathering all of the vital 2012 ROI Summit information and logistical details for you on an ongoing basis and we are sharing it here! So, make sure to check back regularly for updates...
Opening Day:
Arrival: Doors to the ROI Summit will open at the Crowne Plaza Jerusalem on Sunday June 10, 2012.
Registration: From 3:00-8:00 pm (and registration must be completed no later than 8:00 pm).
Dinner: From 6:00-8:00 pm.
Opening Ceremony: Commences at 8:00 pm.
Departure: Thursday, June 14. The Summit will conclude at 4:30 pm at the Crowne Plaza Jerusalem.

We will not be offering transportation services to/from the Crowne Plaza Jerusalem for the beginning and closing of the Summit. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT YOU ARRIVE TO THE HOTEL BY 8:00 PM FOR PROGRAM COMMENCEMENT.
Full Participation:
A kind reminder that we expect each ROIer to participate fully in the Summit. We're all very excited to gather in June, so please ensure your attendance for all scheduled programming.
Required Hotel Accommodations:
We'd like to emphasize once again that ALL participants (including those who live in Israel) are expected to stay at the hotel during the ROI Summit. No exceptions.

Visas:
It is the participant’s responsibility to obtain a visa (if required) for your travel to Israel. You may verify whether you require a visa by visiting here: www.israel.visahq.in. We will be happy to help you with whatever documentation you may need to complete this process.
Dress Code:
Dress code for the Summit is business casual. Jeans are fine, but bear in mind that this is a business conference where you will have professional meetings with potential partners. Please dress accordingly.
...And remember that it's summer time in Israel so please bring a hat and sunscreen.

- Grab it all: Nametag, conference SWAG (stuff-we-all-get), insurance info, cell phone rental, program waiver, room key and ice cafe.
- Head shots: Our professional photographer will be taking still photos of each ROIer that will be available for your personal use after the Summit.
- 1-minute PITCH: Promote yourself and let ROIers know where you’re from and what you’re doing. You'll have the option to film your pitch, include it on your profile and use it for your own communication/promotional purposes.
- Gift of Life: ROIers from the United States will have an opportunity to provide a simple cheek-swab and enter into the Gift of Life Bone Marrow Registry. Due to legal limitations, this is only available to Americans, however we will have information on hand about other international registries.
