Jacobson Family Foundation - Program Officer Job Description

The Jacobson Family Foundation is seeking a Program Officer committed to making change possible through well vetted, strategic grants that build Jewish continuity in the United States and ensure Israel’s strength and permanence as a Jewish State. We seek a highly motivated, proactive, experienced professional to focus on the identification, development, vetting, and management of grants, as well as providing key grantees with ongoing support. We work side by side with potential grantees as partners, providing strategic and tactical expertise to configure interventions that can make a real difference. Grants are developed amidst rigorous review and evaluation with the grantee. We stay involved with our key grantees once the grant is made, providing support as needed to ensure goals are achieved.
