Artur Lokomet is currently engaged in many environmental issues in Russia and the CIS countries. Artur received his M.Sc. in management science and economics from Humboldt University of Berlin (Germany), and earned his B.A. in business administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Israel). In addition, Artur has studied at the Yeshiva University (USA), where he focused on Talmudic law and Jewish business ethics. Artur speaks English, German, Russian and Hebrew. He has lived and worked both in Europe and North America.
