Maya Iluz Bell, 28, was born in Jerusalem. After her military service as a paramedic, Maya started her academic studies in biology and animal science in the Hebrew University. During her studies Maya volunteered as a spokesperson in Green Course - Students For the Environment organization. Later on, Maya became the Israeli National Spokesperson and Marketing manager. Maya graduated her studies successfully in the Amirim science project for excelling students. After five years of leading environmental and social campaigns inside the NGOís sector, Maya established with her husband Tapuz, a local political social environmental movement. Maya was elected by the Tapuz 2009 assembly to be part of the organization leadership committee in the coming years. In 2008 Maya lunched her new group guidance and marketing consultation business. Maya invests most of her time in guiding local youth leadership groups all around the country.
