This past year a new and exciting gap year program has been established in Jerusalem. Hevruta is a joint Israeli and American gap year program which includes learning and community service in Jerusalem. The students live together in mixed (Israeli& American) apartments, study with Hartman scholars and teachers and volunteer and intern in a diverse range of Jerusalem social and educational NGO's.
