The Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation is dedicated to spreading the joy of Jewish living, giving and learning around the world and to enhancing the quality of life in our hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Through our national office in Washington, DC, CLSFF supports programs that ensure vibrant Jewish life by empowering young Jews to embrace the joy of Judaism, build inclusive Jewish communities, support the State of Israel and repair the world. Established in 1987 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the Foundation also provides assistance to non-sectarian charitable organizations dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in our hometown, especially in the areas of education, child advocacy and youth development.
Taglit-Birthright Israel provides the gift of first time, peer group, educational trips to Israel for Jewish young adults ages 18 to 26.Taglit-Birthright Israel's founders created this program to send thousands of young Jewish adults from all over the world to Israel as a gift in order to diminish the growing division between Israel and Jewish communities around the world; to strengthen the sense of solidarity among world Jewry; and to strengthen participants' personal Jewish identity and connection to the Jewish people.
The Center for Leadership Initiatives, Inc. (CLI) is a boutique consulting firm offering customized solutions to our clients as they navigate change and growth. Specializing in the dynamic interface between the individual, team and organization, CLI functions as thought partner, strategic advisor, coach, trainer and facilitator in order to meet the complex needs of its clients. CLI’s commitment to evolving effective and creative organizations has distinguished it as one of the leading facilitative change organizations in the world. In 2011, CLI established itself as an independent non-profit consulting group. With a strong foothold in the Jewish non-profit world, CLI’s client list has quickly grown into other sectors. CLI continues to be the senior consulting team to the Schusterman Philanthropic Network.
