More than 50 passionate and committed Jewish leaders and activists from 15 different Ibero-American countries, gathered in Buenos Aires, Argentina, for the 2011 ROI Ibero-American Gathering. On the opening night, using colored markers, posters and candy, participants gave fellow participants a taste (also quite literally) of their homes.

In some cases, multiple participants worked on the one poster as there are multiple participants from, for example, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina. In some other instances, there were PAX who "went solo" in creating their posters, like, for example, in the case of Bolivia, Venezuela and Peru.
