ROI Micro Grants

ROI Micro Grants are small grants for personal and/or professional development. If you are an ROI Community member, you are eligible to request up to U.S. $1,000 per calendar year - read on!

Key features:
  • Easy application process!
  • No set "Application Period" or deadline to stress over.
  • Quick response time.
  • ROI Community members can request Micro Grants totaling up to U.S. $1,000 per calendar year.
  • Grants cannot be awarded retroactively - applications must be submitted in advance of the opportunity.
  • Members can apply for a Micro Grant any number of times during a calendar year (January 1st – December 31st) provided they have not exceeded their U.S. $1,000 allotment for such year.

There are eight types of ROI Micro Grants to choose from.
  1. Go Professional! Invest time in your professional development: attend courses; receive personalized training; retain professional services and more. Check what is on offer right now.
  2. Go Professional with ROIers! Gain professional assistance and services from people who understand you, see what your fellow ROIers are offering. (Grow this database and contact us if there’s a service you wish to offer!)
  3. Go Network! (Conference Participation Grants) Mobilize and propel your initiatives forward by establishing vital and strategic connections at major events, conferences and/or gatherings.
  4. Go Speak! (Speakers’ Bureau) Get your name and ideas out there. Use this grant to enable you to speak or present at a conference or event.
  5. Go Connect! (Event Sponsorship) Are you organizing or running an event to build your network and to advance your project or idea? Apply for event sponsorship.
  6. Go Digital! (Social and New Media Grants) Use technology to leverage awareness and support for your important work.
  7. Go Create! (Arts and Culture) Express yourself and your ideas in novel ways: perform; organize exhibitions; apply to contests and more!
  8. Go Learn! (Jewish Learning Grants) Line-up lessons with a teacher, register for a course, learn in a seminary or attend a Jewish learning conference – all this and more! Click here to see any current suggestions.
