Dr. Andre Oboler is a social-media expert and commentator. He is the director of the Community Internet Engagement Project at the Zionist Federation of Australia, co-chair of the working group into online antisemitism for the Global Forum to Combat Antisemitism, and CEO of Zionism On The Web. His research includes technology issues affecting Israel and the Jewish people, and he has also covered antisemitism, security and community engagement. Dr. Andre Oboler holds a PhD in Computer Science from Lancaster University (UK). He completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Political Science at Bar-Ilan University (Israel), and is currently working towards a JD at Monash University (Australia). He is a former Legacy Heritage Fellow and was an ROI participant and presenter in 2008. He has presented to audiences in Israel, Australia, the UK, the Netherlands, and the USA. His articles regularly appear in the press and online.
