Elina Tilipman was born and raised in Germany. Her family emigrated from Russia to Germany in 1980. Growing up in a non-Jewish environment, she decided to move to Berlin after finishing high school in 2002. There, she immediately started to get into the music business. Elina studied event management and worked in companies with focus points such as: booking, events, artist management and development. Over the last seven years in the music related profession, Elina worked with different music genres and with various music artists (ranging from Annie Lennox to Erykah Badu). At 27, she gathers her knowledge and influences and explores the Jewish experience through culture and arts. Currently Elina works with several Israeli & Jewish artists - such as the band Yemen Blues and is planning diverse intercultural activities between Germany and Israel - as well as Jews in Europe in the future.
