Lindsay Litowitz is a Miami native based in New York City and Jerusalem. Previously, she was the Director of Strategic Communications for Jerusalem Venture Partners and she built the first Birthright Israel NEXT office in South Florida, working with young adults to create authentic, sustainable microcommunities. Since visiting Israel for the time with Birthright Israel in 2004, she has devoted her professional career to infusing new flavors into Jewish life with a focus on networks, community building and engagement. Her work in the Jewish world has been diverse; she was the Tour Manager for the groundbreaking Israelity Tour, she led trips to Argentina and Ukraine to explore the local Jewish communities and she organized Shabbat Tents with Matisyahu for large-scale music festivals in Miami, Memphis and Arkansas. Lindsay loves Fela Kuti, everything Mac and traveling.

Lindsay is currently working on the first TEDxJerusalem to be held November 2012. She recently returned from a global gathering of TEDx organizers in Doha, Qatar, which solidified her belief in the power of “Ideas Worth Spreading.” Focusing on partnerships for the event, she is also honored to work with other TEDx organizers worldwide to showcase the genius and creativity happening in the city of Jerusalem. Lindsay has also focused her creative energy on exploring Jewish identity in the Diaspora by founding the Four Corners Project at the first ROI Summit in 2006. The Four Corners Project is a participatory media project consisting of dynamic video content and online resources about the young Jewish experience around the world. Through connections made by staffing and participating in the ROI Community since its inception, Lindsay has traveled to Argentina, Turkey, Morocco, Ukraine and Mexico to explore and film local Jewish communities.
