Tomer Sapir co-founded AlmaLinks in recognition of the need for a systematic way to maintain
relationships among exceptional business-oriented young professionals. To do so, Tomer
recruited a number of these young professionals, as well as leaders and executives in business and academia, and together they developed the idea for AlmaLinks. Since then, Tomer has dedicated himself to bringing it to life. In addition to his commitment to AlmaLinks, Tomer serves as the Vice President of Business Development for AlimoVentures, a technology
ventures, entrepreneurship and business development company. In this role, Tomer is involved
in identifying and sculpting new commercial technological ideas, initiating new projects and
start-ups, forging relationships with leaders in academia and working with leading venture
capitalists and entrepreneurs. He received his B.Sc while still in high school and worked on his
M.Sc in applied physics during his third year of university studies and military service. Tomer is
driven by an unrelenting passion to improve the world through innovation.

Tomer, together with a group of rising young professionals and experienced business
people, developed AlmaLinks. AlmaLinks is a private, nonprofit, global community based
on personal connections. The community unites senior business executives with young
professionals who have demonstrated exceptional professional achievements. AlmaLinks has
two missions. The first is to empower young Jewish business leaders. The second is to bolster
the connections between young leaders around the world and in Israel. Members are actively
encouraged to develop connections with each other and with the Israeli business community,
whether one-on-one, or within the context of an event. AlmaLinks’ dual missions and unique
infrastructure promote both individual, professional growth and social involvement within
Jewish communities and connections to the State of Israel. The programs encourage knowledge sharing and aim to develop professional skills through inter-generational interaction. This creates the foundation for a lasting, fulfilling and professionally supportive environment.
