Viviana Cibulis is 22 years old. She is currently completing her final semester for a bachelor’s degree in psychology at the Catholic University of Uruguay. She is also in charge of the programming department at Hillel Uruguay. In 2007, she went to Israel for a year where she was chosen to participate in the Machon Lemadrichim (Institute for Leaders from Abroad) whose mission is to train community leaders so they can influence their home communities upon their return. During this program, Viviana focused on developing an educational program for the Zionist Jewish youth movement in Uruguay. After she returned to Uruguay she integrated the Education Commission of the youth movement that is responsible for two groups of madrichim. In 2011, she interned for two months with a group of people with disabilities from the Israelite community of Uruguay.
