William Miller has over 12 years of experience implementing short and long term organizational health and education plans for the Jewish Cuban community. He has also overseen the budget for the major community projects and medical and humanitarian programs for select Jewish communities throughout the Cuba. Beyond this, he has been responsible for developing relationships with other community based and inter-religious groups, as well as partnerships with the UIA Federations in Canada and the Jewish Agency for Israel, mainly in the area of educational exchange programs. William has been a supervisor for both Birthright Israel and March of the Living trips. HE is also a coordinator for Masa Israel for the Cuban Jewish community. William was appointed chairman off the Cuban Jewish Community Centennial Committee and served as the chairman of both the first and second National Leadership Training Seminar of the Cuban Jewish Community.
